This 12.6V mains charger solves that in one move: pull the battery out of its cradle, plug the 1.3mm DC jack straight in, and let it top up while you're doing anything else. Fridge stays in the vehicle. No disassembly. No stress.
If you're running two batteries on rotation, this is your second-charge station. One in the fridge keeping things cold, one on the charger ready for the swap.
Fits Version 3 Brass Monkey lithium batteries: 5.2Ah GH2049, 7.8Ah GH2051, 15.6Ah GH2053.
Important: this is NOT for pre-Version 3 batteries (GH2018, GH2019, GH2050, GH2052, GH2054). Those are discontinued and need the 12.6V Power Supply GH2014 instead.
