Your Brother laser printer is the thing that keeps the invoices out and the reports printed. The last thing you need is a dead machine sitting on your desk while a courier box sits in the post for a week.
This 2-year onsite warranty puts a Brother service tech at your desk instead of a cardboard box in the mail. They diagnose, fix, or replace – on site.
Covers all colour laser/LED MFCs and printers, plus mono laser fax, mono laser printers, mono laser MFCs, and desktop scanners with an RRP over $200. Excludes A3 and A4 inkjet (those keep their standard 12-month return-to-base). The HL-8360CDW is supported under this plan.
One thing that trips people up: this supersedes your existing warranty. Two years onsite means two years total – not one plus two. Once purchased, you register with Brother using the end-user serial number. A tech comes to you within 50 km of a major city or 30 km in rural areas. Beyond that radius, a travel charge applies.
Must be added within 30 days of your printer purchase. After that window, it's locked out.
