The LF1290 model U25 is a plastic case with a high permeability ferrite core, offering impedance at approximately 300 at 2-300MHz, with negligible impedance below 1MHz. It can accommodate a lead up to 12mm but preferably 10mm, making it ideal for issues with parasitic voltage spikes. The ferrite cores come in a hinged plastic case and can be easily snapped onto a computer or data cable. The case measures 32L x 30mm square.
